The Ministry of Planning, Lands, Agriculture, Housing & Infrastructure (PLAHI) has announced an extension to the registration period for the 2025 National Community Enhancement (NiCE) Programme. Caymanians now have until 4pm on Tuesday, 25 November to complete their registration. The NiCE Programme, scheduled to run from 1–12 December 2025, provides short-term paid employment opportunities for Caymanians in support of national beautification, clean-up efforts, and community enhancement initiatives. Through the programme, participants contribute to the maintenance and improvement of public spaces across the Cayman Islands. About the NiCE Programme The National Community Enhancement Programme provides short-term employment opportunities for Caymanians through structured community improvement projects. Participants gain practical work experience while contributing to the upkeep of public spaces and the overall enhancement of the local environment.
