Off-Duty Officer Arrested on Suspicion of DUI

Shortly before 2:00AM Tuesday morning, officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on the Linford Pierson Highway in George Town. The driver, a man age 63 of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
The man was an off-duty police officer with the RCIPS.
The matter is currently under investigation and a file will be submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for legal ruling.
