OLEA breaks ground at Camana Bay

On Friday April 26, 2019, Dart Real Estate and NCB Group executives, Cayman Islands Government officials and future homeowners were present at the groundbreaking for OLEA, a joint venture between the two development companies. OLEA is the first Camana Bay for-sale residential project, located a short walk away from the Camana Bay Town Centre. The 124-residence waterfront community will include the Cayman Islands’ first lazy river, among other amenities. Homes at OLEA will range from one to four bedrooms and include condos, townhomes and duplexes.
