RCIPS Requests Public Assistance to Locate Wanted Man

Today, Tuesday, 24 March, the RCIPS is requesting public assistance in locating Manuel Carter-Ramirez, who is wanted in connection with a series of burglaries in West Bay, between 16 and 19 March.  He is 40 years of age, and from West Bay.  A picture of Manuel Carter-Ramirez is attached.

Mr. Carter-Ramirez is about 140lbs, between 5’5" and 5'7" in height and is of light brown complexion. 

Manuel Carter-Ramirez is known to be violent and should not be approached.  If seen, 9-1-1 should be called immediately and the location and time of the sighting should be provided.
