Special appreciation also goes to our prize sponsors included Jacques Scott, Cayman Turtle Centre, and Godfrey's Enterprise, who generously provided gift certificates and raffle prizes for participants and winners.
Additional sponsorship support was provided by Coca-Cola Cayman Islands and Taino Chips.
Andres Barthel, Managing Director of RUBiS Cayman Islands, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support shown by the community.
"We are incredibly proud of the turnout and the community spirit displayed at our first RUBiS Fuel to Finish 5K. Seeing people of all ages come together to support NCVO while embracing health, wellness, and community engagement was truly inspiring. This event reflects RUBiS' commitment to making a positive impact beyond the fuel station, and we are excited to build on this success in the years ahead. This was our first Fuel to Finish 5K, but it certainly will not be our last."
With safety always at the forefront, the event reinforces RUBiS' ongoing dedication to supporting community initiatives and creating opportunities that bring people together for meaningful causes.
Following the success of this year's race, organizers are already looking ahead to making the RUBiS Fuel to Finish 5K an annual fixture on the Cayman Islands community calendar.
Thank you to everyone who laced up, showed up, volunteered, sponsored, donated, and helped make the inaugural RUBiS Fuel to Finish 5K a tremendous success. Together, we fueled every step toward a stronger community and a brighter future for NCVO.
