Scheduled Roadworks at the CUC Roundabout (RaB) – Phase 1 to open on Sunday March 15th 2026

Phase 1 of the CUC Roundabout is scheduled to open on Sunday March 15th 2026; please see layout below. On Saturday March 14th access to Old Crewe Rd. from the Linford Pierson Highway will be closed from 8pm until 4am to allow for paving works to be completed.

Motorists are advised to exercise patience, caution, adhere to the posted speed limit of 25 mph, and remain alert for large trucks and heavy equipment operating along the route.

Drivers are reminded to follow the basic rules of roundabout navigation:

● Yield to vehicles already in the roundabout, giving way to the right
● Travel in a clockwise direction around the central island
● Signal appropriately when exiting

The NRA appreciates the public's patience and cooperation as work progresses on this
important infrastructure project. Once completed, the CUC RaB will provide improved
connectivity and support the long-term development of the eastern districts.
