Serious Collision on Bodden Town Road

Shortly after 7:00PM on Sunday, 5 January, officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Bodden Town Road east of Lakeview Drive. A vehicle had been travelling in the eastbound lane when it left the roadway and collided with a tree. Emergency services attended the location and the lone occupant of the vehicle was transported by ambulance to the Cayman Islands Hospital to be treated for serious injuries. He remains in critical condition.

The matter is currently under investigation.
