The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce hit the fairways on Friday, 7 November 2025, for the 27th Annual Chamber Golf Classic at North Sound Golf Club—one of the Chamber’s longest-running and most anticipated events. This year’s tournament came with added significance as it formed part of the Chamber’s 60th Anniversary celebrations. This milestone highlights six decades of leadership, collaboration, and service to the Cayman business community. While the afternoon delivered plenty of spirited competition, laughter, and camaraderie, the real winner was the future of Cayman’s workforce. Proceeds from the tournament will go directly toward the Chamber’s Workforce Development programmes, which offer upskilling, certification, and career-readiness training for Caymanians across multiple industries. “This tournament isn’t just about great golf—it’s about giving back,” said Chamber President Omari Corbin. “By supporting the Chamber’s workforce development efforts, you’re helping to build a stronger, smarter, and more resilient Cayman. That’s something worth celebrating.” The tournament followed the ever-popular four-person scramble format, making it accessible and fun for golfers of all skill levels. Participants also competed in fan-favourite contests, including Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and the high-stakes Hole-in-One Challenge—before relaxing at the awards ceremony and raffle draw at the clubhouse.
