The RCIPS can now confirm the identity of the deceased in the fatal collision which occurred 6 January, on the Esterley Tibbetts Highway. He is Courtney Oneil Bennett, age 43 of Bodden Town.

The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family of the deceased.

The other person involved in the collision remains in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
