Two of the men involved in the incident which took place in Cayman Brac on 3 December, ages 64 and 63, have been formally charged by the police and are expected to appear in court on Thursday, 11 December.
One of the men was formally charged with Possession of Ganja, two counts of Possession of Cocaine and Failing to Provide a Specimen of Urine, while the other was formally charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Ganja, and Failing to Provide a Specimen of Urine. The third man, age 29, remains on bail pending further investigations.

Three Arrested in Cayman Brac Following Drug Recovery, 3 December
At about 12:20AM on Wednesday, 3 December, officers on patrol in Cayman Brac came upon a vehicle parked in the vicinity of Watering Place Park. Based on observations made by the officers, a search of the vehicle and two occupants was conducted under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
During the search, officers recovered a quantity of suspected crack cocaine, along with a quantity of suspected ganja. Both occupants, men ages 64 and 63 residing in Cayman Brac, were arrested on suspicion of drug offenses.
Officers conducted further searches of a residence connected to the men, and recovered a quantity of white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine and suspected crack cocaine. One of the males was further arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to supply and possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply. Another man at the location, age 29, was also arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
The men remain in custody as investigations continue.
