OtisAir, one of the Cayman Islands’ leading providers of commercial air conditioning solutions, announces Platinum Sponsor of Camana Bay Aquatic Club (CBAC). The partnership is the latest commitment under OtisCare, the company’s community investment programme, which supports initiatives that create opportunity, encourage personal growth and strengthen the local community.

Swimming holds particular significance in the Cayman Islands, where water safety, fitness and aquatic recreation are integral to island life. Through structured training, competition and mentorship, CBAC develops young athletes and helps them build the confidence, discipline and resilience that serve them well beyond the pool. Founded in 2011 and affiliated with the Cayman Islands Aquatic Sports Association, CBAC serves more than 300 members year-round through its swim school, competitive swim team, artistic swimming, masters programme and private coaching. Its programmes cater to everyone from first-time swimmers to athletes representing Cayman internationally.

“Supporting our community means investing in its future, and that starts with our young people,” said Sean Hill, General Manager of OtisAir. “Sport builds confidence, determination and teamwork that last a lifetime. We are proud to support CBAC as Platinum Sponsor and to help create opportunities for young swimmers to challenge themselves and reach their potential. Having served the Cayman Islands for more than 30 years, we take great pride in giving back to the community that has supported us.”

Jennifer Hitt, Co-Chair of the CBAC Board of Directors, welcomed the partnership: “We are extremely grateful to OtisAir for recognising the value of investing in youth swimming. Partnerships like this are essential to the club’s continued growth and to the opportunities we can offer our swimmers. Our aim is to develop not only strong athletes but confident, well-rounded young people, and having a community-minded partner like OtisAir behind us makes a real difference.”

OtisAir has made a long-term commitment to youth and sport as a central focus of its OtisCare programme. Local clubs like these give young people structure, mentorship and a sense of belonging. The discipline, teamwork and resilience they learn there go on to shape Cayman’s future workforce and community. Supporting the organisations that develop the next generation is how OtisAir aims to help build a healthier, more connected community.
