The Cayman Islands National Insurance Company (CINICO) is aware of a fraudulent scam SMS text message currently in circulation in the Cayman Islands.
It suggests that recipients may claim a refund via a website link provided in the message. CINICO does not send SMS text messages to its members or the general public with payment links and the website link provided in the SMS message is NOT a CINICO website.
CINICO advises all persons who receive this or any other similar message, not to click any links provided and to report it to CINICO by email at info@cinico.ky or calling +1 345-949-8101.
