LSHS Educator Cleared to Resume Duties

The Department of Education Services (DES) confirms that an educator at Layman E. Scott Senior High School, who was placed on administrative leave in September 2025, in accordance with safeguarding protocols, has been cleared to resume duties, as no evidence was found to support allegations of misconduct.

DES welcomes the educator’s return and reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment for all students and staff.
