Mourant, the international professional services group, is celebrating top rankings achieved by its Caribbean teams in the Legal 500 Caribbean 2027 guide.
The firm achieved 12 team rankings across its BVI and Cayman Islands practices, in the areas of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Investment Funds, Regulatory and Compliance, and Trusts/Private Client.
In addition, Mourant's teams based in Asia and London achieved a top tier Leading Firm ranking in the Foreign-Based Expertise category, which covers international law firms advising on country-relevant or cross-border matters from offices outside the region.
Mourant's lawyers also achieved 30 core individual rankings of Leading Partner, Next Generation Partner, Leading Associate, and recognition in Legal 500's prestigious Hall of Fame.
Sources quoted in the guide describe the firm's "responsiveness" and for "[making] you feel like you are their only client." Another source adds: "I can think of nothing Mourant could do to improve the quality of their service."

These latest results follow recent success for the firm in Legal 500 UK 2027, which published last month. Teams from the Mourant's Guernsey, Jersey and London offices were ranked in 20 practice areas, with the firm's lawyers achieving an additional 54 individual rankings, as well as 11 lawyers named in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.
