URCO issues operating permit for Two Crew Quickstop service station in North Side

The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (URCO) is pleased to confirm that it has approved the issuance of a Fuel Operating Permit to KD Legacy Ltd., trading as Two Crew Quickstop, located at 1779 Old Man Bay, North Side, Grand Cayman. This approval marks an important step toward restoring fuel service at the location formerly known as Jack's Esso II, which had previously been closed for retail fuel supply since late 2023 due to safety issues. URCO welcomes the reopening of this essential service for the North Side community and thanks the new management for its work towards meeting the various compliance requirements.
