On Thursday, 8 October, shortly after 12:00AM, police and emergency services responded to a report of a disturbance at a commercial premises on North Church Street in George Town.
It is reported that two individuals sustained injuries after being approached by a group of men who assaulted them then fled the location in vehicles.
Officers later located two vehicles believed to be linked to the incident at a residential premises in the vicinity of Newport Avenue. Following further enquiries, three individuals were arrested and taken into custody. They were later bailed pending further investigations.
The police are appealing to anyone who observed any suspicious activity along North Church Street, between 12:00AM – 1:00AM on 8 October, to contact the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
